Build and design a high sensitivity, ultra low noise InGaAs photodiode circuit in photovoltaic mode. Detected signals are quite low so an amplifier is needed as well. Need to identify best amplifier that contributes as little noise as possible. 150kHz-350kHz response. Analog output. SNR goal >80dB. Small footprint (to be discussed) on PCB.
