multi n chanell irfp250s being driven by an oscillator capable of complete duty cycle and frequency separation, where when the frequency is adjusted from 0 to 10 MHz for example and the duty remains stable at whatever setting from 1 to 100 duty cycle while the frequency is being changed. duty and frequency must be independently adjustable externally by the user of the hardware. mosfets must be able to flip from handling large collective currents in the 12 volt range up to being able to drive 120 volt dc loads isolated from the 12 volt gate circuitry at relatively stout currents. unit should be able to pulse 10000 watts in either 12 or 120 volt operation driven by the 12 volt circuitry. and be able to drive very large low resistance inductances pulsed from 1 hz up to the maximum achievable driver limit( comparable to short circuits.. snubbing will be done separately on the parallel fet drain rail. a cheap frequency meter must be attatched in an operating area of oscillation in order to gauge the operating frequency in the power stage.
