VCO circuit design

This circuit should preferably be analog and replicate some of the basic functionality of the Exar XR2206 (which is now obsolete). Minimum components are required. Not all the features of the XR2206 are required.

Features required:

-1 sinusoidal output, and 1 quadrature sinusoidal output

- 2 freq ranges are required:(switch selectable): LO: 200Hz - 20kHz and HI: 70kHz - 130kHz

-frequency is adjustable using single potentiometer and/or voltage control input

-voltage control input range: -3V < Vin < +3V

Suggested approaches are phase-shift oscillator eg using AD633, or squarewave oscillator with sine-wave shaper eg XR2206.

Deliverables would be circuit schematic and simulations showing proof of performance. Hardware not essential as I will can build the prototype from schematic. Schematics submitted without proof of operation will be ignored (dont cut & paste from google !)
