I had to redo and submitted
and I couldn't complete my requirement for SMC
The requirement is to create 1 more simulation using Disturbance Observer SMC or DOSMC control technique with similar plant in this simulation ( Copy and paste) add in the DOSMC control system and connect output to the scope on the right and compare with all the other graphs.
If the DOSMC control system is able to perform better then the MOPID, PID control system and passive system in the simulation then I will accept the simulation done by your expert.
Details Requirements and explanation:
Design DOSMC Control system for the Plant in this simulation (Copy and paste the plant add in the control system on the left) (refer to MOPID, PID system in the simulation)|
Performance is similar or better then MOPID, PID system in the simulation. (click run and view the output in the scope for Vehicle Displacement comparison, Vehicle acceleration comparison, Suspension Travel, Wheel Deflection)
If unable to succeed with too many parameters, I will accept DOSMC control systems for suspension travel comparison ( means error state observer of the suspension travell values).
Road profile (w) is kept similar for the disturbances in the system.
R(reference) is kept 0 to tell the system to return to 0 state (0 cm displacement in the suspension travel))
Since my SMC strategy stated in my thesis is focusing on DOSMC, try to reference this paper ([login to view URL]) to reproduce the control system for the suspension system.
Maybe can add on max displacement measurement for Vehicle acceleration comparison, Suspension Travel, Wheel Deflection and create a table to compare the differences between all the control techniques
