Electrical Upgrade - Load Calcs, SLD, Riser Diagrams

We are updating the meter banks and electrical service at an apartment complex, replacing dated "Zinsco" equipment and increasing capacity of the apartments from 60A to 100A. Please find the attached survey, and photos of the meter bank and subpanels. We intend to update the meter banks and replace the existing Zinsco equipment, which provide 60A service to each apartment. We would like to increase the capacity of the service to support 100A service to every apartment. Each Apartment has the following loads: 1 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment, 700 SF 1 AC Wall Sleeve 1 Electric Stove 1 Refrigerator 1 Microwave 1 Dishwasher 1 Electric Dryer (future) 1 Washing maching (future) Plugs Lights 2 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment, 800 SF 1 AC Wall Sleeve 1 AC Wall Sleeve (future) 1 Electric Stove 1 Refrigerator 1 Microwave 1 Dishwasher 1 Electric Dryer (future) 1 Washing maching (future) Plugs Lights The buildings with 1 bed apartments are all 1 beds, the 2 bed buildings are all 2 beds. So the meter banks that support the 1 beds are all 1 bed units, and the same goes for 2 bed meter banks - all 2 bed units. There are a total of 104 apartments at the property. 13 banks of meters, each supporting 8 apartments. 5 of these banks support a 9th meter for the house lights, boiler, hot water heater, circulator pumps, washing machines and gas dryer in the basement. Existing sub-panels in the apartments have been updated and are 100A rated.
