I’m steering a Bangalore-based start-up that is about to build a 10–20 unit pilot batch of high-performance electric scooters. Certification is wrapping up and I now need extra brain-power on the ground to lock down the final production package. My immediate priority is a part-time Electrical / EV Systems Engineer who can take ownership of: • Battery management systems (pack architecture, safety, diagnostics) • Motor control systems (inverter selection, tuning, fault handling) • Charging infrastructure (on-board charger integration, interoperability tests) Alongside that core role, I also need: • An Automotive Mechanical Engineer to fine-tune chassis design, thermal management and suspension so the scooter feels as good as it performs. • A CAD specialist who can turn our evolving concepts into fully detailed, production-ready 3D models and drawings. We work hands-on at our Bangalore facility, typically 10–20 hours a week, syncing with suppliers, fabricators and the test track crew. You’ll be collaborating directly with me and our small R&D team, seeing your decisions move from screen to asphalt within days. If you have real-world EV experience and can drop into the lab for quick experiments and iterative builds, let’s talk—I’m ready to get this pilot fleet on the road.
