From your project description, it appears you need: > experienced Altium designer > knowledge of RF tracks > knowledge of handling AC power tracks and low voltage DC tracks on limited space > It would be good if you bring knowledge in phase cut dimming and ESP8266 microcontroller However your total budget is $80? I've done AC (including CE certification/separating live AC from low voltage side by PCB ditch, etc, have a good understanding of RF routing, have done projects with ESP8266, but the minimum I'm even going to consider to look at this project is in the bid.
