Project a RC parts for a Boat Remote Control engine, propeller and constrol

Job Description:
I'm looking for professionals who have knowledge in choosing a RC parts to make a 30 lbf truster. I should be lightweight, and small.
I'm thinking in a array of 4 trusters , in a 7,5 lbf each. ( we need to find the parts in amazom usa , or other USA sites with delivery )
The project of the remote control of the power , batteries, power control, shaft , size of the motor and propeller to fit 30lbf trust. The batteries to work in half power for 20 minutes, and I will need the shaft mount to prevent the water to get inside. Probably we need a heat transfer to prevent melting. We don't know if we can match 30lbf with only 4 engines.... But he needs to look for the strongest sets.
