Remote Solinteg inverter and BESS Support

I have a freshly installed 80 kW/h battery-energy-storage system running through a Solinteg inverter on a three-phase supply. The hardware is in place, wired to the grid and the utility meter, the inverter and battery controller show up on Wi-Fi, yet the whole setup sits in an Idle state and refuses to charge or export. I need someone who has already commissioned this brand of inverter or a comparable hybrid setup to walk me through the parameters, safety flags and grid-code settings that typically block first-time operation. FaceTime is my preferred medium, though if necessary I can jump to WhatsApp or Teams/Zoom. I expect the troubleshooting conversation to last no more than about four hours, possibly split into shorter sessions while I change settings or cycle breakers on site. Success for me is simple: the battery must accept a charge, deliver power back to the loads, and reliably enforce the programmed load-limiting profile across all three phases.
