Create an Asset/Issue tracking application in Filemaker Pro and FileMaker to Go.
English communication is a must. Must be able to attend live meeting 9am-5pm EST.
The purpose of the application is to collect/track and report Assets/Issues using an iPad for onsite inspections and then connect to a PC and update the main database. Other syncing options at be considered.
Typically there would be a list of Assets organized by Customers. In addition to the asset details, there would be an issue record created that includes:
An inspection date
picture(s) of device
description and details of any defects
In addition there is to be a link(s) to a pdf files for asset types. Map showing the location of the asset. Calendar with scheduled "repair ticket" fulfilment. History of "Issues" connected to asset.
Customer List. Include picture of assts (may contain multiple contacts)
Asset List contain pictures
Issues List contain pictures (history and scheduled)
Application is for a small Vending machines operator. We operate 400 vending machines at 100 locations (customers). Need to have accurate list of assets. Accurate location of each asset. Collect issues related to each asset. Schedule and resolve these issues.
