Track Caldera Form in Google Analytics

Job Description:
I want to track form submissions from Caldera forms. I want to be able to check Google Analytics and see where the submissions came from (source and medium).
I tried to do it through a Caldera Forms add-on (Google Analytics) but it is not working due to another plugin (Estatik Premium). I am also reluctant to getting Monster Insights just for this.
So I am looking for someone who can make it work for me, through coding probably.
