I'm totally out of my depth with this, but I'm looking for a .Net implementation of a VoIP phone.
The high level requirements are that:
The RTP, in addition to being transmitted, is saved as a wav file.
I can see the call connecting to one of the commercial SIP providers.
We need to use open source (or near) SIP and RTP libraries, plus I need all other source code for anything specific to the project.
(UI can be very crude, just make call/hang up, just need to raise connect and disconnect events)
