I'm looking for someone to help me work on my project to design a printer. I need a programmer that can program any language on any microcontroller (Arduino is prefered). If you can program android or IOS is a plus.
Create a temporary circuitboard that input the pulse signal from the printer to microcontroller and output the signal to drive stepper motor . Drive the stepper motor with the same timing but adjustable pulses (manually or electronically). Then, add some simple functions like stop position, emergency stop button, wireless module to send command, etc.
I will need the schematic at the end when the product is finished to produce the printed boards based on the temporary board. Basically, the purpose of the job is to replace the original DC motor with a stepper motor (ajustable pulse so the drive shaft can be customized). Finally, control the printer using apps to send command through wireless or bluetooth. The code must be transferable to microchip to run everything on printed board not arduino or any other interface.
Final product will include:
-Testing with temporary board (can be lead board or anything) to proof it works.
-Schematic of the printed board..
-Android or IOS app (optional)
-Emergency stop button.
-Stop position using sensor ( when the metal touch the sensor, the printer stop).
-Some other will be discussed when the project is in process.
