I have a lot of experience of PCB designing, manufacturing and testing. I have worked on multiple layer boards countless times. My specialty is Altium Designer but I have worked in Eagle too. Hi. I can do this for you. I have over 3 years of experience in pcb design and I recently got a pcb designer certificate. I usually use Altium Designer, but there will be no problem for me to use Eagle. I have one question: do you want all the components on one side of the pcb, or can I place the components on both sides? 10cm x 10cm is more than enough for this schematic. I've made pcb board with much, much more components and the dimensions of the board were vere small (like 10 x 2 cm or round pcb with 34mm diameter). I'm waiting for your message.

I understand I may not be the one you are looking for, since I've been working more on the software side for the past year, but I'm willing to give it a try. I'll have to review some of my electronics related stuff if given the chance to be hired, but don't worry I am a fast learner.
