I have very good mixed signal board design experience and have worked a lot on compute modules from Veriscite. CM4 is no different. I will design it in KiCad latest version 9.0.6 in which I have more than 6 years of experience with overall 20 years PCB design experience. I know how to handle low level signals accurately with proper GND signalings and other stuffs required for best analog experience. In case you want to capture details of PF or reactive power and other details, this ADC needs to be captured in realtime. In that case it's better to use a small ad-hoc MCU to capture these details and present the result to CM4 via UART. CM is not good for realtime data capturing and if you need to calculate power factor or voltage/current phase then it wont be suitable. Also this design needs power section to be designed properly. I will design it with all 3D models so that if you have any specific enclosure (Yes, I collaborate with MCAD nicely with my KiCad if you have STEP file) in mind or want to use off the shelf DIN rail mounting enclosure, this would help.
