This project will build the Arduino base 2 Mega board system with one messuring the 3 signals and transmitting them 1 / second.
1st. stage/milestone , signal to amplifier stage 1 and then to stage 2, then to A/D 16 bit converter on diff ( I have calibration source here and the spear thermocupple)
2nd. stage/milestone - 2 signals to 2 amplifier single stage then to A/D on single channel 2 and 3
3rd. stage/milestone writing to SD
4th stage/milestone transmitting to the comp
