Descripción del proyecto Buscamos un diseñador electrónico con experiencia en integración de módulos comerciales y diseño de PCB con antenas externas para desarrollo de un MVP de cerradura electrónica motorizada. El objetivo NO es un diseño final para certificación, sino una PCB funcional, segura y estable, basada en módulos ya existentes. El diseño DEBE integrar: 2 × ESP32 (módulos comerciales), cada uno con su propia antena externa SMA 2 × DRV8825 en formato módulo 1 × Módulo UPS 12V (con baterías 18650) 1 × Shelly Plus Uni Entradas/salidas para motor, sensores y alimentación Divisor de tensión para lectura de batería TVS, fusibles, ferritas y protecciones recomendadas Requisitos técnicos del diseño: Apoyo para un primer montaje en protoboard cableada. Buenas, Actualmente vivo en España, lo que podría facilitar el intercambio de hardware o de cualquier necesidad presencial He trabajado en dos proyectos de cerraduras con comunicación. Una enfocada en locker, como los de un gimnasio y otra enfocada en la puerta principal del hogar. Ambos proyectos funcionan a baterias, recargables y no recargables, están pensados para miles de cilos de funcionamiento y una autonomía extensa. Con respecto al enfoque, conseguir modulos y interconectar segun un plano seria algo facimente realizable, una vez qeu se tenga un MPV funcional llevaría este diseño a esquemas y rutado de una PCB custom, con respecto a layers, tamaños, sin tener validado y adecuado los componentes para la cerradura muy dificil definir. Con respecto a costes y plazos, hacer una integracion de modulos serian pocas horas desde que se tenga todo el material. El diseño de PCBs a medida es un trabajo un poco mas laborioso que puede llevar varios dias, pero dependera mucho de la complejidad de la PCB y el resultado que se busque. Con respecto al costo, podríamos ir definiendolo a medida que definamos cada etapa pero igual la mejor forma de trabajar seria por horas.
