Job Description:
The scope of work is in the attachment.
A few things we need equal run time on the 3 Chillers.
For example Chiller 1 runs 80% of the time
Chiller 2 runs 15% of the time
Chiller 3 runs 5% of the time
We would like the chillers to switch from chiller 1, 2, 3 cycle operations to 2, 3 ,1 cycle to a 3, 2, 1 cycle in operation then back to 1, 2, 3 cycle.
We need a similar situation with the Supply Pump and Backup Pump equal run time like the chillers
We need a similar situation with the Circ. Pump and Backup Circ. Pump equal run time like the chillers
As for the auto switch over for the Circ. Pump to Backup and Supply Pump to Backup is a case of failure on the main pump this is controlled by a pressure switch on main pump (Supply and Circ. Pumps)
There are three analog inputs are Tank Temperature, Supply Pump Run Speed, Supply Pump Run Speed.
All out I/O's are digital.
