Microcontroller based Kitchen ordering system

**2 panels of switches and LED's

Panel 1 has 25 rows of 1 switch with 15 led's and last row will have only switches corosponding to the LED's column.

**Panel 2 has 25 rows of 15 led's and last row will have only switches corosponding to the LED's column.**

Use Case:

**Panel 1 - Press any Green button from Switch set 1 - First row LED glows next to that button on both panel - Beep 1 comes 1 & 2

Press any other Green button from Switch set 1 - Second row LED glows next to that button on both panel - Beep 1 comes on panel 1 & 2

Like forming a queue

This process continues?..

Panel 1 - Press any red button from switch set 2 - The LED above that button switches off and the LED in next row moves ahead similar to removing a person from a queue on both panel- Beep 2 comes on Panel 1 & 2...

Panel 2 - Press any red button from switch set 3 - The LED above that button switches off and the LED in next row moves ahead similar to removing a person from a queue on both panel - Beep 2 comes on Panel 2 only...

**Consideration:**

Panel 1 and Panel 2 will be 20 to 30 ft away from each other so minimum set of wires and the distance consideration.

Beep 1, Beep 2 and Beep 3 should be different

**Error handling:**

Red button pressed without the row LED on - no action - Beep 3

Inter button press delay on 2 seconds (to avoid multiples press at a time) this delay should also be applicable between panel 1 and panel 2 actions

Press and hold should not take multiple instructions - Beep 3 after 1 second

Can it retain the state in case of power failure?

A total reset button option to clear all memory in case it can retain state even after power failure

Any battery required to retain the state in case of power failure.

Queue full - No action - Beep 3 on panel 1

**Conflict of switches who wins:**

Switch 1 & 2 - No action - Panel 1 gets beep 3

Switch 1 & 3 - Switch 3 wins - Panel 1 gets beep 3

Switch 2 & 3 - Switch 3 wins - Panel 1 gets beep 3
