Admin tasks 30 mins - 2+ hrs at a time May-June with the possibility of continuing similar work for us in the future. Myself and the members of my household (4 people) are all disabled with extremely limited cognitive energy and are failing to secure a lease before 7/1. (Not due to financial or other issues-- simply due to inability to complete these tasks.) ---- What I'm seeking: - You know how to navigate the current-day US rental process from personal experience. - Proactive, mostly asynchronous, help completing executive tasks. - Live collaboration with you when necessary. (Such as if one of us has to communicate something, but needs help transcribing thoughts into written language.) - You are able to work professionally in a personal assistant role for email, phone, data entry/organization/communication, and appointment setting tasks. - You are comfortable communicating with prospective landlords/their property managers with us and on our behalf. ---- Schedule details: - Most tasks require working during business hours. - Opportunities for flexible scheduling after sunset/before sunrise and/or on weekends when collaborating live. - You schedule directly through me (no juggling all four of us separately!) ---- Example 1: I struggle to make phone calls and complete parts of applications, as well as aggregating info on available rentals. Example 2: My similarly disabled housemate is unable to manage getting landlords to send us their applications. He has a reversed sleep cycle. He can't keep up with the necessary emails and phone calls or organize the four of us to all complete applications in a timely manner.
