Hi, I kept it as 7 days because the SES technical approval might take 2-7 days for a 50K/day limit. I am sure you have not yet got the approval for 50K because the identity is not verified and also assuming that your SPF, DKIM and DMARC are not configured and aligned. It is best if you also provide access to your application. Anyway, I would require DNS access, your business email platform access for the verification process and other testing - Please remember, to correctly configure and align the SPF and later on aligning the DMARC, it is important to know your App/platform, where from this SES account will be connected and sending emails = so access is necessary to your App (Sendy or Mautic or other app in wordpress as a plugin).
