Configure SPF DKIM DMARC Gmail

Our school’s domain [login to view URL] keeps landing in junk folders or getting blocked altogether, and it’s hurting parent communication. We run all email through Gmail but our domain is registered with Godaddy. I do not know the status of our SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records. I do have full access to our DNS zone, so adding or adjusting TXT records is straightforward. What I need is a clean, verified implementation of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC that aligns with Google’s guidelines and eliminates the “unauthenticated sender” warnings. Once the records are live, I’d like confirmation that they pass checks on MXToolbox (or a similar checker) and a quick deliverability test to prove messages now reach the inbox. Deliverables – Correct SPF TXT record for Gmail, published and validated – DKIM key generated through Gmail, added to DNS, and verified – DMARC policy set at an appropriate enforcement level (starting with p=none if you recommend gradual rollout) – Screenshots or reports demonstrating all three records pass DNS and email-header validation tests – Brief hand-off notes so I can maintain or update the records in the future That’s the full scope—once authentication is solid and the tests come back green, the project is complete.
