Shopify DTC Growth Operator - Optimise Funnels, Bundles & AOV for Established Supplement Brand We are looking for a hands-on Shopify DTC growth operator to help optimise and scale an established 5-year ecommerce brand in the mushroom supplement category. Our brand operates primarily in New Zealand and Australia with a strong subscription base. Our hero product is a mushroom powder supplement, and we have recently launched mushroom coffee as an additional SKU. The business has strong fundamentals and is now entering an optimisation phase focused on improving funnels, increasing AOV, and clearing slower inventory through bundles and lifecycle marketing. Project Goals (Next 3-6 months): - Restructure the Shopify funnel around the hero product - Implement bundle strategies and upsells - Increase average order value (AOV) - Improve subscription adoption - Move slow inventory through bundles and email campaigns - Improve profitability and operational simplicity Scope of Work: 1. Store & Funnel Optimisation - restructure Shopify funnel, build and optimise landing pages, implement bundle and value-stack offers, improve checkout flow and post-purchase upsells 2. AOV & Revenue Optimisation - design bundle strategies, implement cart and post-purchase upsells, increase subscription adoption, optimise offer structures and pricing 3. Inventory Strategy - move slower inventory through bundles and promotions, reduce inventory risk 4. Lifecycle Marketing - recommend email campaigns and flows, improve repeat purchase behaviour, create VIP bundle offers Experience Required: - Shopify ecommerce optimisation - Bundle and upsell strategies - Subscription ecommerce models - Improving AOV and conversion rates - Lifecycle marketing and retention - DTC growth strategy Bonus: Experience with supplements, health & wellness brands, or subscription ecommerce businesses.
