WordPress Email Confirmation Setup

My WordPress site on Hostinger must start sending its confirmation emails reliably. The goal is simple: new-user and contact-form messages should leave the server, pass through Gmail and my dedicated referral mailbox, and arrive in the recipient’s inbox without landing in spam. Scope of work • Configure Gmail, Hostinger email and the referral address so WordPress can send through them (SMTP or API—whichever you recommend). • Verify DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and any Hostinger settings that affect deliverability. • Run test registrations and contact-form submissions to prove that confirmation emails are delivered and properly branded. Acceptance criteria 1. All three accounts—Gmail, Hostinger email, and the referral mailbox—send and receive WordPress confirmation messages successfully. 2. Test messages reach Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo inboxes (not spam). 3. I receive a short hand-off note summarizing the final mail settings.
