We are looking for a part time to full time Marketing Virtual Assistant.
The ideal virtual assistant will have:
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Ability to be available during American business hours
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and affiliate programs are a must
• Great sense of follow-up and follow-through
• Has great communication skills
• Has a high degree of attention to detail
• Proactive, self starter – self motivated!
This will primarily be an affiliate recruiter position. Your primary duty will be recruiting affiliates through any/all means and assisting them get started in the affiliate programs.
You will be responsible for seeking out and finding affiliate website partners that are a good fit for the affiliate program and merchant.
You will seek out websites that are affiliated with competitor's programs and log that information, and recruit the affiliate to join our merchant's program.
You will find the contact information of these sites, input the data into a spreadsheet.
You will then need to be able to go back through and contact those listed in the spreadsheet with a pre-written email.
You will follow up with prospective affiliates as well as current inactive affiliates.
