This position requires in the first month a high concentration of writing and marketing skills as you will be conducting market research and preparing presentations as well as the following initiatives:
* Conducting Market Research to gather content for our education-based marketing materials (website copy, PR's, presentations, webinars, etc.)
* Assist in producing and editing our website copy
* Assist in producing and editing our welcome email templates
* Producing and editing PowerPoint presentations
* Producing and editing monthly client newsletter
* Producing and editing PR and article writing
* Writing Promotional & Follow up copy for Webinars
Second month and thereafter brings a more balanced role as noted below. Great if you are a full service sales and marketing company providing businesses total market access via direct marketing, online marketing, sales and support tools, sales management and marketing strategies.
* Schedule appointments and manage my calendar
* Gather information and create reports
* Sell and promote products and services
* Manage our sales process
* Generate leads
* Make follow up calls on my behalf
* Produce presentations and graphics
* Answer my phone when I cannot
* Set up and manage customer accounts
* Transcribe dictated letters, voicemails, meeting minutes, etc
