We are launching a SAAS (software as a service) application to the smb market. Offering a wide range of software; word processing, spreadsheet (like excel), presentation suite, crm, project management, lead and sales management, e-commerce builder, web builder and hosting. Giving the smb users the ability to collaborate, share documents, work on the same database/crm platform from anywhere, using any computer. We will be offering three different subscription packages plus white label solutions to channel parnters.
We will be selling through an outsourced telesales team as well as directly to potential channel partners. We need a Virtual sales manager to be the head of sales, working directly to monitor, coordinate and train the outsourced team as well as working directly with potential channel partners. The VSM will also be responsible for setting up and recruting a team of freelance social networking and blogging representatives to sell the services in these up and coming marketing channels as well.
You will have a track record from sales management preferably from b2b solution sales. You will have experience from telesales/direct sales. You have a skill set enabling you to negotiate with larger hosting companies and other entities that have the potential to setup white labeling services to their existing client base. You should be a good closer.
