Hello, I am developing a high-speed dual BLDC motor surgical console and would like your help with the hardware integration, ESP32 firmware, VESC communication, and user interface. Current hardware available: - VESC 75100 motor controller - ESP32 - Elecrow CrowPanel 1.28" Round Touch Display with Rotary Encoder - 48V power supply - 2-wire momentary foot pedal Motors: Motor 1: - 48V Sensorless BLDC - Up to 60,000 RPM - 120W Motor 2: - 48V BLDC with Hall Sensors - 40,000 RPM - 80W - Rated Current: 2A Project Requirements: 1. Use a single VESC 75100 to operate both motors. 2. Only one motor should run at a time. 3. ESP32 should communicate with the VESC via UART. 4. CrowPanel should provide: - Motor selection (Motor 1 / Motor 2) - RPM setting - Real-time RPM display - Current, voltage, and temperature display - Forward / Reverse control - Run / Stop status 5. Foot pedal should start and stop the selected motor. 6. Motor switching must only be possible when RPM is zero. 7. Appropriate relay-based hardware should be used to switch between the two motors safely. 8. Separate motor parameters and limits should be maintained for each motor. 9. Emergency stop and safety interlocks are required. Please let me know: 1. Whether this architecture is feasible with a single VESC 75100. 2. How you would implement motor switching between a sensorless motor and a hall-sensor motor. 3. What additional hardware (relays/contactors/interfaces) is required. 4. Whether you can provide: - Complete wiring diagram - ESP32 source code - CrowPanel UI - VESC configuration - Testing procedure and documentation Please also share your estimated cost and timeline for completing the project. Thank you.
