I’m looking for an electronics / embedded hardware engineer to help turn an existing PI/TDEM hardware design into a working, bench-tested prototype. The project is already substantially developed. I already have the engineering architecture, circuit concepts, component work, connection details, timing approach, and implementation planning. This is not a design-from-scratch project. I mainly need someone who can: - review the existing engineering package only as needed for implementation; - complete or correct schematic/PCB work where necessary; - prepare manufacturing files and BOM; - work with STM32 firmware and ADC acquisition; - handle pulsed MOSFET / inductive coil hardware; - assemble and bring up the prototype; - perform oscilloscope and LCR measurements; - debug the electronics; - bench-test the system and make necessary first-prototype corrections. Practical bench experience is important. Preferred experience: - PCB design and mixed-signal electronics - low-noise analog circuits - STM32 - power electronics / MOSFET switching - inductive loads or coils - ADC/data acquisition - hardware debugging and prototype testing The project is privately funded and the budget is limited, so I’m looking for a practical, cost-effective implementation partner rather than a large consultancy. Please provide your approximate engineering cost separately from components, PCB fabrication/assembly, and testing costs. I am based in London, but the final prototype is intended for Dubai, UAE. A future GPR module may be added later, but GPR development is not part of this initial project.

Hi, I understand that your PI/TDEM design is already planned and needs practical engineering work to become a working, bench-tested prototype. I can review the existing package, correct the schematic and PCB Layout where needed, prepare manufacturing files and BOM, then support STM32 firmware and ADC acquisition during bring-up. I will also check the pulsed MOSFET and inductive coil sections, take oscilloscope and LCR measurements, find hardware issues, and apply sensible first-prototype corrections. My approach is to confirm the highest-risk circuits first, test each stage on the bench, and keep engineering work separate from components, PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing costs. I understand the final unit is intended for Dubai and that GPR is outside this first phase. Could you share the current schematics, PCB files, BOM, STM32 firmware status, and the specific bench equipment available for testing? I can work as a focused implementation partner rather than a large consultancy, with clear findings and practical next steps.

Hi there, I carefully reviewed your PI/TDEM prototype project and understand that the architecture is already substantially developed, with the main need being practical implementation, PCB/schematic refinement, STM32 and ADC integration, pulsed MOSFET/inductive-coil hardware, prototype bring-up, debugging, and bench validation. I am a mechatronics engineer with almost half a decade of experience in embedded electronics, mixed-signal PCB design, STM32-class systems, power supplies, MOSFET-based circuitry, hardware prototyping, ADC-related interfaces, and board-level debugging using Altium Designer. This background is well aligned with taking an existing engineering package and turning it into a manufacturable and testable first prototype rather than redesigning the concept from scratch. Because embedded hardware, PCB development, power electronics, and practical prototyping are already part of my core skillset, I can approach the implementation efficiently while keeping first-prototype corrections, manufacturability, signal integrity, and cost control in focus. Please send me a message so we can discuss the project and start. Best regards, Samuel tshibangu

Hi, I am an electronics and embedded hardware engineer experienced with mixed-signal PCB design, STM32 systems, low-noise analog front ends, ADC acquisition, MOSFET switching, inductive loads, and hands-on prototype bring-up. I have taken hardware from schematic/PCB review through fabrication, assembly, oscilloscope-based debugging, power-stage validation, and first-prototype correction. Approach: ✅ I will review the existing PI/TDEM engineering package and correct only the schematic, PCB, component, or interface issues required for a reliable build. ✅ I will finalize the manufacturing package and BOM, with particular attention to pulsed MOSFET drive, coil current paths, grounding, analog noise, ADC timing, and protection. ✅ I will bring up the STM32/ADC hardware, verify pulse timing and acquisition with oscilloscope/LCR measurements, and debug the power and low-level receive sections systematically. ✅ I will bench-test the complete prototype and document any first-build corrections required before the next revision. Questions: ✅ What STM32 device, ADC architecture, coil inductance/current, and pulse width/repetition rate are currently specified? ✅ Are the schematic and PCB layout already complete, or is PCB routing still expected as part of this stage? ✅ Will you provide the coil and mechanical hardware, or should these be included in the prototype build scope? ✅ What measurements define successful bench validation for the first prototype? Best, Yaroslav

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hi, I’ve reviewed the project and understand that this is primarily an implementation, prototype bring-up and debugging task rather than a design-from-scratch project. I can work from your existing engineering package, completing or correcting the schematic/PCB where required, preparing the BOM and manufacturing files, then supporting prototype assembly and bring-up. The main areas I would focus on are: • STM32 + ADC acquisition • Pulsed MOSFET and inductive coil circuitry • Power, grounding and low-noise mixed-signal layout • Oscilloscope/LCR measurements • Hardware debugging and waveform verification • First-prototype corrections and bench testing Relevant experience: [add your real STM32/ADC + MOSFET/coil prototype example here]. I would keep the work practical and cost-conscious, with engineering cost separated from PCB/components/assembly/testing, as requested. Estimated engineering: £[YOUR BID] Initial implementation/testing: approximately [X] days, depending on the current PCB and documentation state. I can first review the existing design package and identify exactly what needs to be completed before fabrication, avoiding unnecessary redesign.

Hello, This is a bring-up job rather than a design job, and that changes the plan: the value is in getting your existing package onto the bench and finding the first-prototype faults, not in redesigning it. With 15+ years of experience, I focus not only on developing the electronics and firmware, but also on making the overall development process clear, practical, and reliable for the client. I have built pulsed MOSFET drivers for inductive loads and high-voltage firing circuits, so coil drive current, drain ringing and ADC recovery during switching are familiar to me. What I would cover: review the package against the build, correct schematic and PCB where the hardware fights back, BOM and manufacturing files, STM32 firmware with ADC acquisition, then assembly, oscilloscope and LCR measurement, and first-prototype corrections with a written bring-up log. On cost, I quote engineering time separately from components, PCB fabrication and test gear, so you keep visibility of each. I am based in [Amman-jordan, not London, so I work through live video bench sessions with photo and video records of every measurement, and ship the prototype tracked to Dubai. GPR can be a later phase; I would keep the interface footprint open without designing for it now. Best regards, Hamza Electronics engineer

Hello, I’m an Embedded Hardware Engineer with hands-on experience in PCB design, STM32, ADC/data acquisition, power electronics, MOSFET switching, and prototype bring-up. Since your design is already substantially developed, I can work directly from your existing engineering package and focus on implementation rather than redesigning the system from scratch. I can handle the required schematic/PCB corrections, BOM and manufacturing files, STM32/ADC hardware integration, pulsed MOSFET and inductive-coil circuitry, prototype assembly, oscilloscope/LCR measurements, debugging, and bench testing. I’m particularly comfortable working through the first prototype issues practically — checking waveforms, power rails, switching behavior, noise, ADC signals, and making the necessary hardware corrections. I can provide the engineering cost separately from components, PCB fabrication/assembly, and testing costs, as requested. I’d be happy to review the existing design package and discuss the most cost-effective implementation approach. Best regards, Mahmoud

The brief is clear; I’d prove the critical path first, then expand from working evidence. For a Embedded Hardware Engineer for PI/TDEM Prototype, the hard part is balancing sensor scanning accuracy, battery life, Bluetooth/SIM fallback, and OTA-ready embedded reliability. My approach would be to validate the sensor matrix and power budget first, then design the acquisition PCB, embedded firmware, connectivity fallback, and OTA/admin controls in staged prototypes. Quick question: What is already available for Embedded Hardware Engineer for PI/TDEM Prototype: a working codebase, designs, data, or only the brief? Also, which one acceptance test would make you confident the first milestone is on the right track? Best, Dr. Syafiq

Hello I am a PCB Engineer with 10 years of experience, providing STM32, mixed-signal electronics, ADC data acquisition, MOSFET switching, inductive loads, PCB design, and hardware debugging. In my opinion, I would focus on implementing and validating your existing PI/TDEM architecture rather than redesigning it unnecessarily. I would carefully review the current schematic and PCB, verify the pulsed coil driver and ADC acquisition paths, and use bench measurements to identify and correct any hardware issues. This project is very similar to my previous works. I have experience working with STM32-based embedded hardware, power electronics, analog signal paths, and prototype bring-up. I understand the importance of clean switching, low-noise acquisition, proper grounding, and reliable hardware/firmware interaction. The most important skill is practical mixed-signal hardware debugging. I will combine schematic/PCB review with oscilloscope, LCR, and bench testing to validate the switching waveforms, coil behavior, ADC signals, and overall system performance. I will provide the creative idea and good tech solution for your project. Best regards. Maksym

I’m an Electronics & Embedded Systems Engineer with 13+ years of experience in mixed-signal PCB development, STM32 systems, power electronics, ADC/data acquisition, MOSFET switching, inductive loads and hands-on prototype bring-up. Your project is well suited to an implementation and bench-debugging role rather than a ground-up design. I can work from your existing engineering package, review only what is necessary, identify implementation gaps, and take the hardware through schematic/PCB corrections, manufacturing preparation, assembly and first-prototype validation. My scope can include: • Schematic/PCB review and required corrections • BOM, Gerbers, drill and manufacturing files • STM32 firmware integration and ADC acquisition • Pulsed MOSFET/inductive-coil hardware • Power, grounding and low-noise analog considerations • Prototype assembly and hardware bring-up • Oscilloscope measurements and waveform analysis • LCR measurements and coil characterization • Current/voltage/timing verification • Hardware debugging and first-prototype modifications • Bench testing and documented results I would approach this in stages: engineering-package review → implementation corrections → manufacturing files → prototype assembly → power-up/bring-up → oscilloscope/LCR characterization → debugging → documented bench validation.
