I am looking for pcb designer who can design pcb quickly, it's very simple pcb with esp32, .1. Project Overview Design a simple baseboard PCB that allows pre-made development modules to plug directly into headers. The board must handle data transfer with an Android device (USB Host) while giving the plugged-in ESP32 control over the phone's charging power. 2. Module Headers & Interfaces Block A: Plug-and-Play Module Sockets Instead of soldering raw chips, provide female header pin sockets so the following modules can plug straight into the board: ESP32 DevKit Socket: Dual rows of female headers matching the exact pin footprint of a standard 30-pin ESP32 DevKit V1. Display Interface: A 1 \times 9 female pin header breaking out the required GPIO/SPI pins from the ESP32 socket to control a 9-pin display. RFID Reader Interface: A 1 \times 8 female pin header breaking out the hardware SPI lines from the ESP32 socket to connect an external 8-pin RFID module. Block B: Smart Charge-Control Switch Place a solid-state high-side switch (like a simple load switch IC or a P-Channel MOSFET) inline with the main power rail feeding the mobile device. Connect the control/enable pin of this switch directly to a designated digital GPIO pin header on the ESP32 socket. This allows the ESP32 to programmatically turn the phone's charging source ON or OFF. 3. Outbound USB Interface Architecture The board requires a single outbound USB Type-C Female Port to interface with the Android device via a standard cable. Data Paths: Route the differential D+ and D- lines directly from the native micro-USB/Type-C data pins of the ESP32 DevKit header over to the main outbound USB-C port. Power Path (VBUS): Connect the VBUS lines of this port exclusively to the output side of your power-switching circuit. Host Mode Negotiation: Include two independent 5.1\text{ k}\Omega pull-down resistors on the CC1 and CC2 pins of the outbound USB-C connector. This is mandatory to force the connected Android device to act as the USB Data Host. 4. Manufacturing Requirements Minimal Assembly: Use standard, easy-to-solder through-hole female headers for the modules and basic large SMD footprints (like 0805) for the resistors/switches. Power Handling: Main power traces leading to the outbound USB-C VBUS must handle at least 2\text{A} continuously to support phone charging.
