We are launching a new CCTV-camera venture and my first priority is to bring an experienced electronics technician onto the founding team. From day one you’ll own the hardware path: selecting image sensors, designing and assembling custom PCBs, integrating power-management and networking modules, then stress-testing prototypes until they meet the reliability standards a security product demands. You’ll work side-by-side with a software developer (JavaScript is our core language) who will handle firmware and cloud integration, so the ability to document interfaces and flag hardware constraints clearly is essential. Expect plenty of fast iteration: we’ll move from concept boards to pilot units, refine with field feedback, and prepare the most promising design for small-batch manufacturing. Key milestones: • Functional prototype that streams stable video over Ethernet/Wi-Fi • Verified power budget and thermal profile under 24/7 duty cycle • Production-ready Gerber files and a concise BoM sourced for cost-effective scaling If component-level debugging, solder-rework, oscilloscopes, and a clean lab bench feel like home, I’d love to see examples of past camera, IoT, or embedded sensor projects you’ve shepherded from schematic to shipment.
