Our current board is a stack-up of four discrete modules—a POE extractor, 5 V and 24 V DC/DC stages, and the WT32-eth01 MCU/PHY. I now need all of that logic gathered onto a single, production-ready PCB so we can ship one compact unit instead of a chain of daughterboards. Key points of the new design • WT32-eth01 is the heart of the board and should retain its full Ethernet + Wi-Fi capability. Need to remove this module and have all component to one board • Primary day-to-day power will arrive from an external DC source, but the PCB must also accept 802.3af/at POE as well as a Li-ion battery input with voltage sense back to the MCU. • Add a 100 Mb Ethernet switch so the board exposes a second RJ-45 while keeping line rate. • Maintain two isolated DC/DC rails: 48 V→5 V for logic and 48 V→24 V for external loads. both from poe and external power • Board layout should allow future component swaps in EasyEDA without major rerouting. If you are comfortable with Kicad (Free EDA Tool) I can design this product nicely for you. It will be production ready board and also I will use LCSC Part # embedded into the schematic so that you can directly order this board from KiCad. JLCPCB has nice plugins for that and it is quite easy to setup. "Need to remove this module and have all component to one board" ... I am sure you meant to say you need all the components from the dev kit and use the same ESP32 Module. Using discrete ESP32 chip would be difficult for you because in that case you need to procure FCC certificate seperately. In case you are comfortable with KiCad, after completion, I can assist you to setup the ordering process to JLCPCB. EasyEDA is good enough, but KiCad is even better and my plan is to design the board with all 3D models so that if you have an enclosure design in mind, that would be good starting point.
