Hi, client. In your project, the most important things are to design touch driver and led driver and also select USB-C to drive high-current. I have designed many products pcb in Altium designer, KiCad and Eagle and also do prototyping. USB-C is allowed to drive up-to 5 A current and I think it is enough to control led.
