I am developing a portable battery-powered WiFi hotspot (MiFi-style similar) based on a Quectel smart LTE module. The module integrates the application processor and WiFi/BT, so no separate router SoC is needed. I already have a design specification, BOM, system block diagram, board outline, and a component placement template. I need a professional to turn this into a production-ready schematic and 4-layer PCB. Key specifications: Module: Quectel SC200E (preferred) or SC20, LTE Cat 4, integrated WiFi/BT. Dual SIM: 2x nano-SIM (USIM1 + USIM2) + 1x eSIM (MFF2) muxed on USIM2. DSDS-capable. Power: single-cell Li-Po (1S, 3000-4000 mAh), USB-C 5V charging, power-path, fuel gauge; VBAT path must handle ~3A LTE bursts. RF: LTE main + diversity antennas and a 2.4 GHz WiFi/BT antenna, 50-ohm controlled impedance, Pi-matching networks, antenna keep-outs. I/O: power/reset buttons, status LEDs, optional microSD (SDIO). Board: ~95 x 62 mm, 4-layer (Signal / GND / PWR / Signal), ENIG, impedance controlled. Scope of work / deliverables Complete schematic (hierarchical), based on my net list and the module hardware design guide, with ERC clean. 4-layer PCB layout: correct module + connector footprints, controlled-impedance RF routing, solid power path, ground pours, DRC clean. Antenna matching network placement (Pi networks) and RF best-practice layout. Final manufacturing outputs: Gerbers (RS-274X), Excellon drill, pick-and-place/centroid, assembly drawing, and an updated BOM. Native source files (KiCad preferred; Altium acceptable). A short design review note listing key decisions and any risks.
