I’m preparing the first module in our new leadership development track and need a learning-and-development specialist who can turn “Decision-Making” into a fully-fledged training experience for our managers. The focus is Employee Training and Development, so the materials must be practical, easy to roll out, and designed for adult learners who are already leading teams. What I’d like from you • A clear, outcome-driven curriculum outline that pinpoints the specific decision-making competencies we will cover. • All core materials to run the session end-to-end: facilitator guide, participant workbook, slide deck, and an activity toolkit that keeps the group engaged. • A short knowledge check or assessment I can use to gauge retention immediately after the session. Preferred format is a half-day, instructor-led workshop, but I’m open to your advice on blending in micro-learning or self-paced pre-work. Please keep the design flexible enough that future modules—possibly Conflict Resolution or Team Building—can slot into the same framework. If you have experience building leadership programs, especially around critical thinking or strategic decision-making, let me know how you’d approach this and share a sample of similar work.
