I need some one to design and calculate strength and steel dimension on a lpg/propane bottle conveyor/kiosk.

My name is Jens and I'm working as a computer engineer in an automation company manly for marine use. The below project is mainly some thing I'm working on in my free time. I've made all the automation to control the vending machine, and started doing some welding a prototype, but that is not my strongest area, so I would appreciate to have some one with good knowledge to help me out getting a better and more robust design on the vending machine, so I can get some one to build it for me, and then get properly started.
The propane vending machine is basically built with racks that can contain three propane cylinders in hight. Each vending machine containes about 20 racks (60 cylinders). Each cylinder weight maximum 26kg (11kg gas, 15kg steel) so the racks should be designed to withold this weigth and the whole structure should hold the weigth off 60 bottles + construcktion weight.
The racks have rollers on top and bottom (happy for suggestion off better ways.)
The racks are linked together with a hollow pin chain. and we need to have a motor mounted on this chain to pull the racks around.
The conveyor have 3 doors in front one door for each hight/floor off the rack.
