The IT Field Engineer will support the AMD End-users with remote assistance provided by our own team and our client's Operation remote team.
The tasks might be like fixing a printer, installing Windows on a laptop, etc.
For each task, the Field Engineer will usually receive a day's notice. In very rare cases, the engineer might need to reach the site on the same day.
A Knowledge Transfer and orientation will take place at the first visit on November 25, 2014.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
3 years experience in IT support
Good communication skills and a professional manner.
Due to the high end nature of the client, Criminal Record Check and Photo ID must be provided

RATE: 22$ / hour
A basic report must be sent after each intervention.
Payment is due every Friday night.
