Hi, I’m interested in your project to create a single-piston, 4-stroke, 10 cc gasoline engine with full 3D modeling and gas-dynamic analysis. I specialize in compact engine design, CAD modeling, and thermodynamic simulation for performance validation and optimization. Scope of Work: Create a detailed 3D CAD model (SolidWorks or STEP) including piston, crankshaft, connecting rod, valves, and intake/exhaust systems. Provide 2D drawings and BOM for prototyping. Perform gas-dynamic and thermodynamic simulations (Otto cycle efficiency, intake/exhaust losses, volumetric efficiency). Generate plots and performance data: P–V diagram, torque/power curve, and sensitivity study on compression ratio and timing. Deliver a concise technical report summarizing all calculations and optimization suggestions. Once you share your concept sketches and target RPM/fuel specs, I can provide a fixed quote and schedule.
