Concrete block exterior walls The work involves designing the elements required by the current Florida Building Code. Deliverables I’m expecting: • Signed and sealed structural drawings ready for permit submission • Calculation package showing load paths, wind and uplift checks, and material specs • Brief response sheet to address any comments that may come back from the reviewer

I can provide the complete structural engineering package for your proposed one-story Florida residence, including: * Structural foundation and framing design * CMU exterior wall design * Roof-to-wall and continuous load-path connections * Florida wind and uplift calculations * Structural calculations and material specifications * Signed and sealed structural drawings ready for permit submission * Responses to structural plan-review comments The design will be prepared in accordance with the current Florida Building Code and applicable ASCE 7 requirements. Fixed Fee: $1,500 (Or 50 hrs @30/hr) This assumes architectural drawings are available and roof truss engineering/shop drawings will be provided by the truss manufacturer.
