rods and grids

i want a grid of 140mm x 140mm in metal in this grid there are square holes each 5 mm by 5 mm in each of these holes a square rod 100 mm by 5mm by 5mm can slid up and down each of these rods are hollow in each of these rods there is a screw and bolt arangement with a bolt on the inside of the rod as one turns the screw the rod slides up through the square hole or down depensing on the direction of the screw turn at the base of the screw is a mobile phone vibration motor the unbalanced weight will have been removed as the motor is turned on the motor will turn on and turn the screw a sensor will count the number of revoulitions the motor makes to give us feed back about the position of the rod I am looking for a person to put together a quality product with can allow all 400 pins to move all at once and independantly up down and hold in a set position. The pins must be able to be reset every few seconds the board bust be able to be controlled by a pc
