? need 3 website designed and developed. The websites will be around 7-9 pages, we have a pretty good idea of what the sites should look like but certain things will have to be considered as during the design process.
We will provide examples of what we are looking for once the bidding process is over.
To be considered for this project you must be able to demonstrate exceptional web design skills and provide examples of work completed. You must have excellent graphic design skills and show that you are able to use them to create high quality products.
We need someone who is reliable, a good communicator and gets things done on time. Please do not bid if you are not able to offer a decent product for a decent price. For the right bidder this will open doors to further opportunities down the line.
We need people who have proven track record of producing [url removed, login to view] products.
You will not be considered unless you provide examples of work done, provide quotes. Please also clarify if your quote is for per site or the whole project.
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
