Human Computer Interaction

The goal is to provide a design solution for a limited selection of features of a Doctor’s surgery automated check-in and appointment system.

Your task is to produce design solutions for the software user interface with respect to the user performing the functions outlined below and to keep within the physical constraints imposed by the device and OS. Your design must be produced and _justified_ using the PHEA methodology for error tolerant design. As the human factors expert you must evaluate the available technology and design brief in terms of error vulnerability and choose the most appropriate solutions in order to provide the highest possible tolerance to user error. Given the nature of the target audience (e.g. will include older and partially sighted individuals, cognitively impaired as well as the more able bodied) you must consider and discuss accessibility issues.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
