We are having an issue with our online store which uses the Magento shopping cart. We recently switched from an Xcart shopping cart to Magento. The users who already had an account in our Xcart system are required to reset their password on the new system for security reasons. This is causing an issue. When the user tries to reset their password, the "Email already exists" appears. On the back-end, there are 2 user accounts shown. Presumably, one of the accounts is created during this password reset process. The causes the user to have to call in to our customer service. We are able to get the customer logged in by deleting one of the user accounts and setting their password ourselves.
