I have an Excel Spreadsheet Application that needs an additional calculation capability. The spreadsheet is used in the calculation of the amount to be collected in a fund to ensure that a condo association has monies to spend when needed in the future to cover maintenance and replacements of such things as roofing, siding, painting and so forth. I need a additional calculation that will show the current state of the funds in reserve (reserve fund) on an annual basis over a thirty year period in the future. Often my clients (the condominium associations) are in poor financial condition, and the local law requires that they bring the funds up to an acceptable level. For example, if their reserve fund is low currently, and only 25% funded (based on cash now in reserve and the current condition of each of the reserve items ( roofs, siding exterior painting and so forth), the association needs to know what each future year's funded percentage will be, based on the current and planned amounts to be collected to be deposited into the reserve fund. The end product will be the necessary Excel formula(s) that will allow me to quickly and automatically calculate the Percentage Funded at the end of each of the 30 years of my projection. If I inspect an property and find that the roofing is twenty years old, and needs to be replaced in ten years at a cost of $20,000 (and I make a similar evaluation of the entire list of up to 50 components (asphalt paving, window replacement etc) and the program will calculate the overall percentage funded status of the reserve fund for 30 years. This calculation must automatically update as I add or subtract a component or change its "Estimated Useful Life" or dollar value. This must be integrated into the spreadsheet that I have developed to be published with each Reserve Study I produce for my clients. Must be user-friendly (plug in the data and I automatically get to see the result. Alot of 'what if" goes on with my spreadsheet.

(No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
I will need my excel spreadsheet to be "added to" so that the newly created Percentage Funded calculation is integral and automatic as I input data into the spreadsheet. I will receive my original spreadsheet back with the new Percentage Funded function integrated and updates with any new or changed input I add.
