Ansys Fluent

I am trying to model a heat exchanger that is shell and tube type with the tubes being helical shaped. The tubes are carrying refrigerant R134a and the shell has water. I am using Energy and K-e Viscosity models and I am not getting the result to match my analytical solution sot someone suggested that I need to use Multiphase model as R-134a is changing phase along the way under constant temperature from superheated vapor to saturated liquid. my boundary conditions are the R-134a inlet temperature and Water inlet temperature along with overall heat coefficient for the tube wall. I tried to use the Multiphase model but I couldn't continue with it... I attached more info. Let me know if this is something you can help with
