Looking to have an integrated chip designed with a network stack capable of acquiring a DHCP address from the LAN and then running typical diagnostic tools like PING and TRACERT to specified addresses. The results of these tests will need to output to on / off switches or multi-colored LEDs. This chip will need to be both the designed and prototypes made (or at least help in getting the prototypes made).
