Full point loads and engineering data are available for the structural engineer to make the required calculations and arrangements for the retaining walls, slab/footings etc. Retaining walls are to retain the slope above the structures/duplex house, and ensuring adequate support exists, and given another house that is above up slope. The retaining walls are to be designed per the available soils report. They must take into account local site conditions with respect to seismic requirements. Appropriate drainage must be incorporated into the walls and around the retaining walls.
Parking. An engineered design for a run up slope for four cars at Sausalito Boulevard Slab/appropriate foundation.
A slab/footings supporting the proposed structures, an engineered design, or alternate appropriate foundation, supporting local site conditions for seismic requirements, is required. Any drainage requirements must be considered, as well as services such as plumbing, electric, and sewer around the slab.
