I need a seasoned piping stress analyst to carry out a complete thermal stress analysis on several carbon-steel lines in an operating industrial plant. The systems have already been earmarked by our stress engineer, and I will forward the isometrics, line list and boundary conditions as soon as we launch the task. The scope is limited to thermal loads; vibration and fatigue checks are not part of this assignment. You may work in CAESAR II, AutoPIPE or any comparable professional tool, provided the final results are clear and code-compliant. Deliverables • Native model files plus any exported spreadsheets • A concise PDF report showing load cases, allowables versus actual stresses and all recommended support or routing adjustments • Mark-ups or sketches highlighting where changes are advised When you reply, please mention recent projects involving carbon-steel piping and the design code edition you normally follow.

Hello, Vutuk Design and Media is an engineering design and heavy industrial simulation studio led by Ashraf Ali Shaikh, a senior mechanical design engineer with 15 years of core industry experience. Our engineering team specializes in plant infrastructure development—combining 3D parametric plant CAD modeling, piping stress analysis, structural frame FEA, code validation, and high-impact 3D visual presentation assets. To establish a clear technical execution plan for your industrial plant stress analysis project: Do you require non-linear static or dynamic vibration analysis alongside static thermal stress evaluations? Will you need optimization recommendations for pipe routing, expansion loops, and spring support placements to reduce high-stress concentrations in critical piping runs? Do you need a complete itemized Bill of Materials (BOM) specifying spring hangers, rigid struts, expansion joints, guide clamps, and structural steel support profiles? Would you also like studio-quality photorealistic 3D visual renders or animated stress/deformation walkthrough videos of the industrial plant layout for executive reviews and client presentations? We provide simulation-validated CAD models, complete calculation reports, detailed piping support drawings, and studio-grade visual assets. We invite you to visit our profile page to explore our studio portfolio and industrial capabilities. Looking forward to collaborating on your project!

Hi I am a pipe stress and support expert. I use Caesar ii for stress analysis and report preparation. I have worked for oil n gas, power piping, industrial, data centers etc. I can stress analyse your system for hydro, sustained, design, operation, occasional and empty conditions with defined load cases. I work on codes like ASME 31.3, 31.3, EN and most other national and international codes. I have worked with carbon steel pipes such as A106 grB and other CS fabricated metals, worked also with SS, Alloysteel, Nickel alloys, LTCS etc. I can send one previous boiler feed pump discharge to hrsg area system report..with A106 grB material for reference if you want. Do revert for any query Tanay

Experienced Piping Stress Analyst | CAESAR II | ASME B31.1 / B31.3 I am a senior piping stress engineer with over 20 years of experience in piping stress analysis and piping design for power, process and industrial projects. I have extensive experience with carbon-steel piping systems, including steam, condensate, feedwater, utility and process piping, covering thermal expansion, sustained and occasional loads, equipment nozzle loads, support design and routing optimization. Recent relevant work includes high-pressure steam, hot/cold reheat, feedwater and condensate piping for large combined-cycle and power projects, as well as process piping projects involving vessels, heat exchangers, air coolers and pumps. I normally work to ASME B31.1 for power piping and ASME B31.3 for process piping, depending on the applicable project requirements. I am experienced in developing and reviewing CAESAR II stress models, load cases, stress reports, support arrangements and piping modifications. For this assignment, I can review the supplied isometrics, line list and boundary conditions, develop/check the stress models, perform the required thermal stress analysis, identify overstressed conditions or excessive equipment loads, and recommend practical support or routing modifications. I can provide the native model files, calculation outputs and a concise engineering report as required. I am available to start promptly once the project information is provided. Regards, Dinesh
