I need a complete electrical-and-thermal simulation of a lithium-ion battery pack using ANSYS and, where structural coupling is useful, Abaqus. The study must cover three key areas: • Efficiency & Performance – please quantify energy capacity, charge/discharge rates, and thermal management across the full operating window. • Safety Under Various Conditions – test overcharging, short-circuiting, and extreme-temperature scenarios to identify risk points and safe operating limits. • Longevity & Lifecycle – project capacity fade and thermal degradation over repeated cycles. You may build the model from publicly available cell data or adapt one I supply once we start. Mesh quality, material properties, and boundary conditions should be clearly stated so the work is reproducible. Deliverables: 1. Sim files (ANSYS Workbench project, any Abaqus input decks) in a neatly organised folder. 2.
