Looking for a programmer for running a simulation for sound propagation over a flat ground with a sand dune on it. The ground on either side of the dune has diferent acoustical properties. The dune is asymetric. The impedances on the ground and on the dune are all frequency-dependent. The problem is 2-dimensional. The calculations are to be preferably done by the FDTD, otherwise using some SW like the k-wave of Matlab (or similar e.g. FEMLAB). Simulations are to be compared with calculations made using some theoretical approach.
